I like to go to Hsinchu Ambassador hotel to eat Italy food in Prego.

Especially stew rice (松露帕瑪火腿燉飯), they put the stew rice in a cut cheese to mix the cheese.

The picture was taked during mix the rice in the cut cheese.

If you like cheese, I think this best choose in Taiwan.
